- Good genes. My mother 55, who think skin care means using body lotion on her face three times week, still has great skin.
- I don't smoke.
- I drink maybe one or two times a month.
- I try to exercice three times a week.
- I eat healthy. Lots of veggies and no processed foods. I try to make all my food from scratch because it tastes a hell of a lot better and because processed foods make me gassy.
- I take multivitamins and omega 3 every day.
- I always get at least seven hours of sleep every night.
